Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Also contained in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
